In the early stages, we focused primarily on basic manicure and pedicure services, building a closed-loop hygiene process and a friendly, approachable service style.
With growing trust from our customers, Oxford Nails and Spa began expanding its services to include gel polish designs, gel and acrylic enhancements, as well as advanced hand and foot spa treatments. Our space was also upgraded with a more modern look, featuring massage chairs and a comfortable waiting area, allowing clients to fully relax during their service time.
We have developed standardized procedures for each service, from welcoming and consultation to execution and aftercare guidance at home. Our technicians regularly participate in advanced training programs and stay updated on nail and spa trends both locally and internationally, ensuring consistent skill levels and a professional service style.
